As a Senior Golf Travel Consultant, you'll be part of a team handling daily interactions with clients and sales offices, processing bookings, answering inquiries, and creating travel itineraries. You’ll focus on providing top-notch service and advice, particularly for European, US, and Australian markets. This role also involves guiding and coaching junior Travel Consultants.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with overseas travel agents and partners, providing accurate and up-to-date travel information.
Manage key accounts, making quick adjustments and suggestions when necessary.
Advise and create travel itineraries for tour operators/travel agents.
Specialize in crafting and managing complex itineraries.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and reconfirm bookings with overseas agents.
Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels as needed.
Stay informed about existing and new products to better meet client needs.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure optimal client service on the ground.
Issue invoices promptly and assist the accounting department with payments.
Record all sales in Tourplan software for accurate sales reporting.
Follow EXO standards and inbound processes.
Suggest ways to improve handling time and productivity by streamlining work processes.
Strive for a high conversion rate from inquiries to bookings.
Guide and mentor junior staff to help them improve their skills as Travel Consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency in written and spoken English/German (depending on department).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in inbound tour operations or a related field.
A positive attitude, well-organized, hardworking, and a team player.
Skills:
Golf Travel Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of golf travel destinations and surrounding regions.
Pressure Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure, particularly during peak seasons.
Customer Service: High level of customer service with attention to detail and presentation.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and travel-related software

Ensure flawless ground execution of tours and itineraries.
Responsibilities:
Assign jobs to tour guides, vehicle suppliers, and drivers.
Reserve services from suppliers for each booking.
Communicate with Inbound Teams to ensure smooth operations and reservations.
Provide detailed briefings to guides for each booking.
Submit cash advance and guide fee requests for approval.
Provide feedback and coaching to guides, vehicle suppliers
Discuss responsible tourism commitments with suppliers.
Manage guide KPIs using Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Support the recruitment and training of guides.
Inspect new suppliers with the Product Team as scheduled.
Attend meetings with the Operations Team.
Coordinate annual guide training on responsible tourism and related topics.
Attend staff training sessions.
Monitor quality and maintain relationships with suppliers by accompanying guides and clients.
Raise urgent issues with solutions to Supervisor/Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Proficient in verbal and written English;
Experience in travel company operations.
Interest or experience in the travel industry.
Understanding of sustainability and responsible tourism is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Analyze and input information from golf, hotel and land service contracts into the database.
Coordinate with the Contracting PIC to ensure accurate entry of services, prices, and other contract details.
Provide future support to Golf Travel Consultants, Reservations, and Operations for new services, rate updates, and database inquiries.
Maintain data accuracy by adhering to system standards and principles.
Organize the database to effectively identify data segments for analysis.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage digital marketing initiatives for our clients in the sport travel and hospitality sector. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive online traffic, increase engagement, and improve conversion rates for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to the travel and hospitality sector.
Oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
Manage and optimize digital advertising efforts, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC platforms.
Analyze performance data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
