Vietnam - Asia's rising star

Vietnam is rapidly becoming recognized as one of Southeast Asia's hidden gems, providing travelers with an exciting opportunity to discover its rich culture, stunning landscapes, and lively traditions.

A land of shimmering terraced rice fields, pristine sandy beaches, breathtaking landscapes and modern bustling cities, Vietnam delivers one of the world’s most delicious and diverse gastronomies. Despite its history of an extended French occupation, and devastating wars, the Vietnamese are a proud people with a deep and rich cultural heritage. The country has one of the fastest growing economies in the area and is undergoing rapid change: air access has become easier than ever, roads are continuously being upgraded, hotels and resorts are springing up in destinations across the country as foreign investment increases. Not to be discounted is the Vietnamese entrepreneurial spirit which is a driving force behind this success.

There’s an unimaginable array of things to see and experience countrywide. Starting with Hanoi in the north, renowned worldwide for being a peaceful, welcoming and inexpensive capital. On the other hand, in the south, modern day Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) is on the fast track with towering skyscrapers with the hustle and bustle you’d expect to find in Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur. In between lies a tapestry of soaring mountains, fertile deltas, misty forests inhabited by exotic flora and fauna, pristine beaches, waterfalls, rock formations and caves. Vietnam has a centuries-old history and culture of ancient architectures, religions and cults, traditional festivals and an authentic way of life. Vietnam has been recognized as one of the most secure and welcoming countries on the globe.

Handpicked Just for You

Vietnam is fast becoming a top destination for golf and there are new, high quality golf courses opening every year. Vinpearl Golf Nam Hoi An is one of the new Vietnamese golf courses to open in 2018 and it is set to become one of the best in the country.

At Danang Golf Club, Greg Norman has created a wonderful and authentic links golf course which was voted as one of the best new courses in the world and it certainly lives up to its billing. Fast and firm fairways and greens offering a completely different experience from the traditional Asian layout. One of our favourite golf courses in Vietnam.

Nick Faldo’s 2nd course in Vietnam and his best yet built on a stunning and diverse piece of land with the hills on one side and the white sands of the South China Sea on the other.

The development of new golf courses continues in Vietnam and we have an exciting new addition in Long An Province called West Lakes Golf and Villas.
The golf course is situated to the west of Ho Chi Minh city and takes a little over an hour to reach. However, there is plenty of accommodation available closer to the golf course should you wish to stay outside the city.

An enjoyable links style experience somewhat off the beaten track.
Whilst it's a fairly lengthy drive from the city to Vung Tau Paradise Golf Resort, those willing to take the trip to the seaside will be rewarded with a 27 holes of links style championship golf on one of Vietnam's least played courses.

Twin Doves Golf Club in Ho Chi Minh is a 27-hole layout about one hour from downtown Saigon which has been designed to blend with the natural terrain. The course at Twin Doves Golf Club is still maturing so not too many trees and the course relies on the many water hazards and bunkers for protection.

Amber Hills Golf & Resort, situated in Tien Phong commune within the Yen Dung district of Bac Giang province, is a premier destination just a 50-kilometer drive from Hanoi. It boasts Vietnam's top-notch golf course and offers luxurious resort accommodations.
Spanning across an expansive 190 hectares, the golf course features 36 holes, developed in two phases. The first phase introduced the 18-hole Hillside course, which has been operational since August 2017, while the second phase will soon bring the 18-hole Rock Valley course to life.

If you are looking for a beautiful golf course, in an equally stunning setting then you want to head to the Vu Yen Island, located just outside of Hai Phong.
Here you will discover the 36- hole golf complex set within an ecotourism area of some 872 hectares.
The island is home to a complete complex and is linked to the mainland by a km stretch of cable car.

Van Tri Golf Club in Hanoi is one of the closer golf courses to the city and was one of the first private golf clubs in Hanoi. A top-class course designed by Peter Rousseau it’s a courses which is very playable for high handicappers and will also test and provide plenty of opportunity for the more able golfer to reap the rewards of any risk taking. Never seen so much water on a golf course which is a factor on virtually every hole.
