From the start, players face undulating fairways, numerous water hazards, and strategically placed bunkers. The 3rd hole, a par 3, is framed by a lake and large beach bunker, making accuracy crucial. The short par-4 4th tempts long hitters but penalizes overly aggressive plays with water and bunkers. The 5th hole requires a straight drive and precise approach to avoid hazards.
The par 3, 6th hole features a severely contoured green, and the 7th hole’s island green adds a significant challenge. The 9th hole’s green is surrounded by sand and heavy contouring, making it a difficult target.
The 11th hole, with its wide landing area, becomes tricky due to water on three sides of the green. The signature 12th hole, a par 3, is notable for its large bunker and challenging green. The 13th hole demands accuracy to avoid fairway bunkers and water, while the 14th’s elevated tee offers great views but requires precision. The 15th hole, a long par 3, tests players with its well-protected green.
