Krung Kavee Golf Course and Country Club, located just 40 minutes from central Bangkok, is a convenient choice for golfers in the Thai capital. This course stands out not only for its quality but also for its commitment to environmental sustainability, being the only one in Thailand to use biodynamic agriculture for maintenance, avoiding harmful chemicals.
Designed by Japanese architect Manabu Sakamoto, Krung Kavee stretches a challenging 7,082 yards. Water hazards are a prominent feature, affecting all but two holes. From the first tee, water flanks both sides of the fairway, and the green is guarded by bunkers. The course’s design integrates water into nearly every hole, with the exception of the par-3 10th.
A highlight of the course is the 9th hole, a 190-yard island par-3. It offers four tee options and features a generously sized green that accommodates most shots.
Krung Kavee is resilient to Bangkok's rainy season due to its quality drainage system. The club offers well-maintained locker rooms and Rangsit Kitchen, which serves Thai, Japanese, and international dishes.
