Despite occasional sogginess during the rainy season, which can lengthen the course—especially from the "Jack" tees—the course remains in excellent condition due to its popularity. Two large lakes are central to the layout, influencing around half of the holes, while well-placed bunkers guard most greens, emphasizing the need for precise approach shots.
A highlight is the par-4 16th, featuring an island green that requires a precise carry over water and sand to avoid costly drops. The greens are true and often fast, but once on the surface, players are unlikely to face unpleasant surprises. The course offers a manageable challenge for golfers of all skill levels.
