The course, divided into the Andrea, Brookie, and Calypso nines, features palm trees, water hazards, and uneven fairways, making it a test for even experienced golfers.
Notable holes include the long par-5s on the A and B courses—663 yards and 626 yards, respectively—requiring powerful drives. The par-5 9th on the B course involves a blind approach to a well-bunkered green. Many greens are elevated, adding difficulty to putting, though they are generally fast and true.
The layout is particularly challenging due to frequent afternoon winds from the Gulf of Thailand, which can make the course one of the toughest in Pattaya. Excellent caddies are available to assist.
