Phoenix Gold Golf & Country Club
Phoenix Golf and Country Club, located about 30 minutes from Pattaya, features three 18-hole courses designed by Denis Griffiths. Spanning over 1,000 rai, the club benefits from mature trees, colorful local plants, and a variety of water hazards, including lakes, ponds, and bunkers.
The Mountain Course offers stunning views of a large Buddha image carved into a cliff. Its narrow, undulating fairways and fast greens provide a challenging round for all skill levels.
The Lakes Course is known for its numerous ponds and lakes, requiring precise driving to set up favorable approaches to the greens. Strategically placed trees and bunkers add to the challenge.
The Ocean Course, favored by local golfers, is currently under renovation to modernize its layout and is expected to reopen in early 2016. The course is lined with mature trees, adding to its appeal.
With the renovation affecting one of the courses, booking tee times in advance is recommended to secure your preferred slot.
