The course features rolling fairways lined with pine trees and presents challenges with well-placed bunkers and water hazards. Some holes require carrying over water, but generous landing areas offer birdie opportunities for bold players, while safer routes are available for those seeking to avoid trouble. The course is well-maintained with fast, true greens that remain reliable even in rainy conditions.
Key holes include the par-3 4th, which demands a carry over water to reach an island green, and the 5th, featuring bunkers on the right and water on the left. The 8th hole requires a nervy carry over water, and the 11th is a dog-leg par-5 with water hazards. The 14th hole includes a large lake in front of the green, reachable by long hitters. The 16th is a par-3 with a long carry over water to a green protected by a large bunker, and the final hole is lined with water from tee to green and bunkers on the opposite side.
The clubhouse offers excellent amenities, including locker rooms, a fully-stocked pro shop, and a restaurant with Vietnamese and international dishes. Private rooms are available for groups and special events.
