Many golf courses in Southeast Asia do not require a specific handicap to play, but some may have restrictions for certain times or tournaments. It's a good idea to check with our golf travel specialist in advance if you have any concerns.

Most golf courses in Southeast Asia have first aid kits and staff trained to handle minor medical issues. For more serious situations, courses are usually equipped to contact local emergency services quickly. 

Non-golf partners are generally allowed on the golf course, but access can vary by course. They may be able to enjoy the clubhouse, restaurants, and sometimes designated areas like the tee-house or viewing spots. However, they may not be permitted to join golfers on the course itself unless they are playing a round. Some courses may charge a spectator fee for non-golfing visitors. Non-golfers will be expected to dress appropriately and essentially follow the same dress code as the golfers themselves.
